Robert's journey in sport management began as a former NCAA Division I athlete and student at Syracuse University. His academic proficiency is marked by a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Niagara University, further enhanced by his extensive hands-on experience. From leading teams as a collegiate soccer head coach to his strategic roles as a association and club Executive Director, General Manager, and Athletic Director, Robert has consistently demonstrated his capability in fostering athletic talent and developing sports organizations.

Alongside co-founder Robert Cavicchia, Paulina Cavicchia plays an integral role in shaping the vision and operations of RFC Sport Solutions.
Paulina brings a unique blend of professional, community, and personal experience to the organization. As an experienced Kinesiologist, she has built a career focused on health promotion, exercise prescription, health education, and injury prevention. Her background in health and wellness has provided her with a strong understanding of physical development, healthy lifestyles, and the importance of creating environments that support long-term well-being.
Beyond her professional experience, Paulina has been actively involved in the non-profit sector as a co-founder of a local community organization. Through this work, she played a key role in developing and delivering programs that served families and community members while fostering meaningful connections and positive experiences. Her leadership extended to overseeing customer service operations, coordinating game and event-day logistics, and managing staff and volunteers to ensure successful and impactful programming.
As a sport parent herself, Paulina understands the realities, challenges, and opportunities that families experience throughout the youth sport journey.
